Bau Farm is known for its tradition of producing fine cerrado coffee. It is located at an altitude with well-defined climatic seasons for optimum growing. Our main strategy is to invest in technology and research, focusing on the production of speciality coffees, handling during harvest and the processing of the beans. We believe our result is a product distinguished by its excellent appearance, aroma and flavour.

Our Estate has a complete infrastructure, which allows us to grow, harvest and prepare the coffee for shipment. We specialize in producing sundried, dried on tree and pulped natural coffee. We are looking forward to providing you with a sample of our fine product.
