The coffee culture of these plantations have been inherited from past generations. Still pioneers, nowadays they look for the most modern approaches.
The quality of the coffee produced on these farms are the result of a constant and careful approach to work at every stage of production.

Furthermore, there is a continuous search for structural improvements to obtain a distinctive taste and aroma. Funds are made available to improve the technical level of the employees.

In order to fulfil the demands of the speciality coffee market, Santa Fé and Santa Amélia offers natural and pulped natural coffees.
